Ice and Water
Ice and water protector, sometimes also referred to as “peel and stick”, is a waterproof roof underlayment membrane developed to protect vulnerable areas on a roof from ice and water damage.
We include Ice and Water around all penetrations and vents in addition to eaves and valleys.
New Flashing
When replacing your roof, it’s a good idea to replace metal flashing in all areas where water penetration into your home is possible. This includes step flashing, chimney flashing, wall flashing and skylight flashing kits.
Reusing existing or damaged flashing may result in potential leaks and can cause more problems down the road.
